That’s why, for over a decade, Teijin Aramid has helped to integrate our Twaron® and Endumax® materials into ULD solutions around the world. Together with our industry partners, our solutions are raising the bar on protection, durability and total environmental impact – and allowing the air cargo industry to fly high without fail.
In particular, Endumax® offers 11 times more strength than steel at the same weight – making it the strongest commercially available film in the world, and perfect for reinforcing airfreight containers. As such, airfreight containers that integrate Endumax® deliver the same performance as traditional containers, with roughly 40% less weight. Next to this its durability improves.
