For 5-shift employees
In addition to the conditions that apply to everyone, as a 5-shift worker you benefit from attractive allowances, extra time off and flexible schedules. This way you keep your work and private life perfectly balanced.
- Fixed schedule allowance
Receive an attractive fixed allowance of 32.6% on top of your salary. - Holiday allowance
Do you work on a public holiday? Then you will receive an extra allowance on those days. - Average working hours
Work full-time with an average working week of 33.6 hours. Vacation days Enjoy more than 6 weeks of vacation per year. - Part-time shift work

For day shift employees
In addition to the conditions that apply to everyone, as a day shift employee you also benefit from:
- Almost 10 weeks of vacation per year (yes, you read that right)
Receive no less than ten weeks of vacation per year. Four weeks is legal, and you have to take it. Don't need so much vacation? You can also have the other six weeks paid out or save for later. - Work from home facilities
Work comfortably from home with good facilities and a home working allowance of € 4.01 per day.
