Coordinator Services
Do you get energy from coordinating scaffolding, insulation, and lifting activities, and from aligning with contractors and planning? Become a Coordinator Services in Delfzijl!
As a Coordinator Services, you are the point of contact for maintenance-supporting activities such as scaffolding, insulation, lifting operations, and large transports. You fulfill this role across different areas and work closely with the Coordinator Technology.
You act as the central point of contact for the workshop and the maintenance planning department to ensure timely planning and organization of the required resources and contractors. In addition, you are responsible for the financial handling of the executed work.
You are part of the maintenance organization, are based in Delfzijl, and report to the Team Lead Maintenance.
The Department
The Coordinator Services works within the maintenance organization and supports Maintenance in the efficient and safe execution of activities across all areas. The focus lies in organizing and coordinating maintenance-supporting services that are essential for carrying out maintenance work.
Together with the Coordinator Technology, you ensure that preconditions such as scaffolding, insulation, lifting operations, and the deployment of specialist contractors are available on time. This relieves Maintenance so that maintenance activities can be carried out in a planned, safe, and cost-effective manner.
