- Another important aspect of your role is coaching employees, conducting personal development discussions, and providing guidance in cases such as absenteeism.

As a Unit Leader Process, you are responsible for the operational progress of the production processes within the Process department. You are in charge of leading a team of approximately 14 operators working in a 5-shift schedule. Within the Process unit, there are two core processes. The preparation of spinning solution for the spinning mill takes place in the High-Rise Building. At Utilities, acid recycling is the core process. In addition to these core processes, there are numerous secondary processes that make the work challenging. In your role, you not only focus on the technical aspects but also on developing and encouraging essential soft skills within the team. You promote effective communication, strengthen teamwork and collaboration, and support the personal development of your team members.

Your profile
- For this position, you need at least a completed MBO level 4 education in the field of (process) technology (minimum Vapro B) and an HBO-level working and thinking capability, supplemented by several years of leadership experience in a chemical and/or process production environment.
