- You lead a team of approximately 15 operators working in a 5-shift system and ensure an efficient and effective work environment.
- You ensure strict compliance with safety, health, welfare, and environmental regulations (HSE) and provide clear instructions to your team to ensure these standards are always met.
- Another important aspect of your role is coaching employees, conducting personal development discussions, and guiding them in cases such as sickness absence.

As a Unit Leader, you are responsible for the operational progress of the production processes within the Spinning department. You lead a team of approximately 15 operators working in a 5-shift system. In your role, you not only focus on technical aspects but also on developing and encouraging essential soft skills within the team. You promote effective communication, strengthen teamwork and collaboration, and foster the personal development of your team members.

Your profile
- For this position, you must have at least completed a secondary vocational education (MBO) at level 4 in (process) technology and possess a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working, supplemented with several years of managerial experience in a production environment.

- Salary: Minimum €3880, up to a maximum of €5462.
- Employment: 33.6 hours per week in a 5-shift system.
- Shift Allowance: 32.6%.
