- Another important aspect of your role is coaching employees, conducting personal development discussions, and guiding them in cases such as sickness absence.

As a Unit Leader, you are responsible for the operational progress of the production processes within the Spinning department. You lead a team of approximately 15 operators working in a 5-shift system. Your profile
- For this position, you must have at least completed a secondary vocational education (MBO) at level 4 in (process) technology and possess a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working, supplemented with several years of managerial experience in a production environment.

- Employment: 33.6 hours per week in a 5-shift system.
