Process Operator (5 shifts)

More than 270 people work at the Teijin Aramid production company in Delfzijl. The para-aramid polymer is produced at this location, in four chemical plants. This is the basis of Twaron®.

For this production location, Teijin Aramid is looking for full-time Experienced Process Operators.

The job
The process operator whom we are looking for:

• performs production work
• rectifies independent process malfunctions
• performs malfunction analyses
• implements process audits and analyzes process audits
• performs logistic duties with respect to raw materials, ancillary materials and finished products
• prepares written reports on duty transfer, malfunctions and projects
• participates in project workgroups in the area of safety, environment, quality and efficiency.

Your profile
We are looking for people who:

• have completed Vapro-B or General Operational Technology training
• have experience in the chemical process industry
• have good communication skills (customer-oriented)
• are flexible and oriented toward process technical and organizational improvement
• can work constructively with various disciplines
• have a pro-active position toward safety and environmental issues
• are result-oriented and cost-conscious.
