We feel it’s important that everyone be given the opportunity to use and build on their talents. That’s why we have plenty of possibilities for this. Our generous study compensation plan makes it possible for everyone to take a course or training.
All our company-wide training and study courses are given through the Teijin Aramid Learning Center. These include training in supervision, project management and cooperation, making it even easier to find a program that fits your ambitions. These trainings are made even more interesting by the fact that, through them, you’ll meet colleagues from other Teijin Aramid sites. We’re continually building new courses for our employees, and improving current programs.
We also have various programs for managers that are aimed at building on their knowledge and skills. Whether you’re an assistant supervisor or already have a lot of experience in this area, there are ample opportunities for development at all management levels. A number of these programs have been especially developed for Teijin Aramid. We also have international programs for participants from the other parts of the Teijin Ltd. organization. And of course you can take a management course outside of Teijin Aramid, if that’s what you need to learn.
Every employee can take a development assessment – and this makes us a pretty unique organization! We do this because we feel it’s important that everybody has a clear picture of his or her individual qualities. A development assessment can be a meaningful step in this direction. It can also help you to more precisely determine how you want to develop further. You’ll find out where your improvement points are, where your strengths lie, and how you can be using your talents and abilities even more effectively.
